I wanted to invite all of you in my home and chose a random lunch in which we prepared grilled catfish to eat with the super healthy leaves of neem. There's a tamarind based sauce that goes with the fish and neem topped with fried onions. You put the fish, neem and fried oinion together and scoop them in your spoon with rice. Top it off with the tamarind sauce and enjoy the sweet tamarind blend with your umami & salty senses from the catfish. The neem provides a enjoyably bitter taste leaving behind our sour sense for this particular dish.

I know most people around the world are only familiar with pad Thai unless they've been to Thailand before so I wanted to share with everyone common amazing meals throughout Thailand. I have quite a big family so this fed about 8 people where we also had fried pork patties & a vegetable & pork soup. If you don't know, Asian food mainly consists of the rice being the main dish and special dishes are made to use as toppings per bite of rice & Thai food is no different.
