Ingredients:
500 gr chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 tbsp of wheat flour
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon garamair to taste
Sauce material:
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 pieces of cayenne pepper / to taste
1 segment of ginger, crushing
2 tbsp black pepper sauce (can use instant sachet flavor)
2 tablespoons chili sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and sugar to taste
How to make:
Puree garlic and salt, pour a little water, add 1 tbsp of flour, chicken and let be about 10 minutes. After that roll into the dry wheat flour and fry until cooked brown. Set aside the onion onion until slightly wilted, put garlic and chilli, stir-fry until fragrant. Put all the sauce, soy sauce and black pepper powder. Stir well to bubbling, put the flour chicken and mix well with the spices. Taste the flavor, add the salt sugar if necessary and serve.
