Bunny Cinnabon - a legend in the kitchen

These bunches are called "narcotic". Peace, peace, only one reason: they are very delicious and it is especially difficult to give up another one. Try it!

 Ingredients

200ml milk
600 flour
1 egg
10g of dry yeast
100g soft butter
100g sugar
A pinch of salt
Filling:
50g butter
150g sugar
Cinnamon
Purpose:
70g fresh cheese
100g of powdered sugar
40g soft butter

Preparation 

  1.  Dissolve the dry yeast in milk. Pour the egg, add soft butter and sugar and put it over again. Gradually add flour and a pinch of salt and dip the dough. Knead until the dough becomes elastic and does not stick to your hands. Cover the dish with clean towel and let it bite for 1 hour.
  2.  Filling
    Butter mixed with cinnamon and sugar.
    Prepare the sauce. Put butter in cheese and icing sugar.
  3.  Ready made dough for approx. 0.5 cm thick and evenly fill the filling. Squeeze in a solid roulette and cut into equal parts. Place the workpiece on a baking sheet, cover it with a clean towel and lay it for 30 minutes. Grow up again.
  4.  Bake in a pre-rinsed oven for 30 minutes. 180 degrees Pour hot pot with sauce and chill.
  5.  The sauce can be cooked less and the buns are spread over with icing sugar.
