Homemade Pakora. Pakora (pronounced also called pakoda, pakodi, or ponako, is a fried snack)food

Recipe :
Ingredients of Pakora of potatoes :

  1. 2 or 3 medium potato (according to your requirement )
  2. 180 0r 200 Ml water
  3. 1 half Teaspoon Thymol seeds
  4. 3 pinches salt
  5. 100 or 120 gm gram flour
  6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. 1 refined oil required

How to make?

  1. Cut potatoes the thin round slices.
  2. Gram flour take then bowl and add water to make a smooth paste. Neither be too thick nor too thin.
  3. Then add red chili powder, thymol, cumin seeds AND salt and mix it well. Check the seasoning. after that add the potato slices to this mixture and mix.
  4. Take oil when the oil heat for a while and when you feel that the oil is hot, put the slices one by one and as soon as the potato slices turn golden yellow in color or red color, take them carefully out.

Enjoy it.

Thymol seeds?? is this the same as Thyme (herb). I grow my own Thyme.
