INGREDIENTS :
1kg Chicken
2 liters of water
200grm potatoes, fried
Cooked chicken eggs, to taste
250G Soun, soak it soft and drain
1 big tomato
5stalk lemongrass, crushed
3ruas galangal finger, crushing
5 orange leaves
6a bay leaf
500grm Col
250grm Tauge
1b of Onion, finely chopped
Leaves onion / celery to taste
Fried onion, to taste
250grm Crackers, fried
100grm lime
Soy sauce
Salt
Royco Chicken taste, to taste
GROUND SPICES:
8siung garlic
10 onion side
4 roasted pecans
5sdm cilantro
1.5sdm pepper
2nd finger of turmeric, burn
FOR SAMBAL:
250grm cayenne pepper
2 cloves of garlic. Boil, then grind / blend and give a little salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- Wash off chicken meat, then soak with 1sdm of lime juice approximately 10menit. Saute the finer spices, lemon grass, galangal, lime leaves, bay leaves and onions until fragrant
- Then enter the water, boil the chicken until boiling and tender. Then enter Royco Chicken and salt to taste into soup soto, cook again until boiling
- Take the bowl, then the cabbage, bean sprouts, soun, eggs, tomatoes, lime, add chicken and fries.Tuang soup into the bowl, then enter the slices of green onion / celery and fried onions
- Serve Soto Chicken with Sambal, sweet soy sauce, lime slices and potato cakes.
