Ingredients:
2 Chicken Chicken fillet slices
2 btr eggs
2 tablespoons liquid milk powder
1sdm lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tbsp salt
200 grm of versatile flour
Rough bread flour, to taste
1/2 onion, finely chopped
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
enough water
How to make:

  1. Clean the chicken fillet smp clean, then soak it with lemon kurleb water for 15 minutes then wash it back, set aside
  2. Take Chicken meat, 2 o'clock with Palu steak smp pipih.agar seasoning easily absorbed
  3. Then put salt, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper powder and soy sauce into the chicken
  4. Add enough water until chicken meat submerged seasoning, let stand for kurleb 2 hours let the marinade seep perfectly
  5. Beat eggs with powdered milk which is sdh, melted
  6. Take chicken meat, put it into a versatile flour. Roll it flat
  7. Then enter into the egg whisk, let stand briefly
  8. Then roll back into the bread Flour until evenly and closed smw.
  9. Fried Chicken with small flame to mature evenly.
  10. Lift, drain and Serve.

So deh Chicken Katsu a la Hokben her. The meat is really juicy
Can be served with Curry sauce, chilli sauce, sweet or sour sauce Mayonaise
