Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
6 clovers of garlic
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of flour
100ml thickened cream.
1 cup of water
salt
Vegeta
pepper
paprika
Step 1.
Cut up the garlic and fry in olive oil until it turns soft
Step 2.
Take of the stove (fire) and add brown sugar and stir (mix)
Step 3.
Cut up the chicken breasts into bite sized cubes.

Then put into a mixing bowl, add the spices listed (or ones that you prefer) and mix.
Steps 4 & 5.
Place into a glass baking tray, on that pour the olive oil with garlic (spread evenly) and place into a preheated oven at 250 degrees celsius.
Bake for 20 minutes and then add thickened cream and flour and a cup of water then mix well and place back into the oven for an extra 10 minutes till it thickens up.
Goes well with pasta or mashed potatoes or cooked/steamed/baked vegetables, you decide!
