I feel like I'm a decent cook but I suck on using the grill. Kind of makes me feel like less of a man. lol Thanks for the video. I will have to try this.

Love short ribs. Mine from the 4th of July. I use the indirect method on an old Weber grill in about an hour and fifteen. Ribs are dry rubbed, sorry no recipe but I do use brown sugar. Sear both sides directly over the coals for 3 minutes each side and move to the center. Cook covered for about an hour. Remove cover and check temperature with meet thermometer. If ready, apply BBQ sauce, sorry no recipe, but it does involve brown sugar, honey and molasses return cover. After a minute flip, slather, cover repeat until at least half a cup to full cup of sauce is on the meat. The sauce should appear glazed not wet. Let meat rest, cut and serve.
