EGG PASHOT WITH HAMON, CHEESE "HOME" AND GREEN SALAD ON TOAST

Suitable for breakfast or a quick snack, or can replace a very light supper

You will need:

  • an egg;

  • jamon (bacon or any meat sliced) - 20 gr;

  • 1 sheet of lettuce;

  • 3-4 olives;

  • Toast from grain bread;

  • cheese type "Home";

  • salt, pepper, greens to taste.

Egg-poached can be prepared in several ways:

  1. In the special pasternice (codeler).

  2. In a saucepan with water: the egg is released from the shell in advance and pour it into a small cup. Boil water, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar, water should not boil too much. Now make a small whirlpool in a saucepan with a spoon or a whisk so that a funnel is formed in the middle, now gently lower the egg, but not in the center of the funnel, but closer to the wall of the dish. Cook for 3-4 minutes, take out with a squirt and let drain water.

  3. In food film: take a piece of dense food film measuring 20 × 20 cm. Lubricate one side with butter. Place the film in a colander, gently pour the egg there, so that the yolk does not spread. Wrap the edges of the film, you can tie the bags with an elastic band. Pour water into the pan, bring to a boil and put in it sachets of eggs for 4-5 minutes. Take out the noise, remove from the bag.

Fry the bread in the toaster, lay a couple of spoons of cheese "Homemade", or salted cottage cheese (cream cheese, etc.), on it - a lettuce leaf, gently place the poached egg, salt, pepper and sprinkle chopped chamomile and greens on top. Put 3-4 olives. If you have salty cottage cheese and bacon, for example, then the egg can not be salted - salt will be enough.
