The sauce for the dish is like a jewelry for a beautiful lady, which sets off the beauty and makes the woman even more attractive. Today I want to share with readers the recipes of three brand sauces, which simply can not help but like.

White garlic sauce: prepared with mayonnaise. It is better, of course, to make mayonnaise itself, it is quite easy. If you want to make mayonnaise, as in beautiful jars in the store, it is very simple: take a stabilizer, thickener, dye, starch, egg powder, mustard powder and a jar of preservatives. But if you do not want to eat this vinaigrette of the chemical industry, then prepare a real mayonnaise of real live products. It will take quite a bit of time and effort.

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
250 ml of vegetable oil (preferably purified odorless)
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
salt, pepper
Mix the yolks with the mustard with a mixer, add pepper and salt. After that, we begin to add oil drop by drop, it is a drop, otherwise it will not thicken. When the sauce thickened, the oil can be poured in a thin stream. When half of the oil is added, stir in the vinegar, you can still ½ spoon of lemon juice, then, without ceasing to interfere, gradually pour the remaining oil. Mayonnaise should thicken. After that, you can add crushed garlic and herbs or pepper. If you like olive flavor, the last 50 ml. you can add olive oil, but you should not make the whole olive oil, it will be too sharp taste and mayonnaise can be bitter.

To prepare a pink garlic sauce, add two slices of garlic passed through the press (if you like hot sauce, add more garlic), finely chopped parsley and dill (you can skip through a special herbal "grater", then the sauce will become more saturated), one teaspoon of ketchup. This sauce is perfect for baked potatoes, fish, grilled vegetables.

Tomato sauce based on ketchup

Half a Cup of any ketchup (it is desirable to buy ketchup, which is prepared without adding starch), 1 tablespoon of vinegar, finely chopped coriander, freshly ground black pepper, very thinly sliced onion.
If you have time and desire, instead of a tomato based sauce to cook for yourself. Fry the finely chopped onion with herbs and tomatoes in a pan and stew for 20 minutes, adding ½ teaspoon of sugar, salt and black pepper to taste. In a blender, make a mixture of mashed potatoes and use sauce instead of ketchup.
Red sauce goes well with kebabs, fried meat, poultry, sausages.
