Ingredients:-
Chicken breast granule: Half cup
Carrot, brocoli, cauliflower, capsicum, papaya granule: 1 1/2 cup
Cornflower: 3 tablespoon
Onion granule: 1 table speen
Ginger & garlic granule: 1 teaspoon
Egg: 1 piece
Green chilli: 2 teaspoon
Tasting salt: as taste
Cream: 2 tablespoon
Water: 2 litre
Salt: according to your choice
How to cook:
At first wash vegetables and keep it in strainer. Then take a pan, put water and warm it. Mix cornflower into the water. Cook it until it becomes dense. Take another pan, warm it and put the cream. Add chicken and fry for 3 minutes. Add vegetables, onion, ginger, garlic and salt. Fry for 5 minutes in the mild heat. Then add the corn soup. Stir frequently. When it boils add egg and stir frequently. Add black pepper, tasting salt and soya sauce. When vegetables are boiled stop the stove. Serve the soup warm.
