Heyo It's sous vide time! For those who do not know it is a way to make fool proof steak (and other dishes) evrerytime! This is MASSIVE 3 inch steak that I cooked medium rare, let me know if you all have questions. Here are some basic instructions. Sorry for the inconsistent camera quality my phone lens is broken.
Final Shot
1. Salt
2. Seal with thyme rosemary and garlic
3. Cook at 134 F for 2 hours in a water bath
4. Steak Pre final Sear
5. Post final sear in hot cast iron
