Is Making Ayvar a Cult, Tongue Habit or it brings Luck...?

Have You ever heard of Winter food called "Ajvar"?

It is made of red peppers that are first baked, then peeled & grinded & grinded peppers baked with sunflower oil.
As soon as August finishes & September starts, the massive preparation of Ajvar in the people's gardens begin. All the family is gathered together and each family member has it's own duty.

There is no such a preparation anywhere and it's so unique and tasty that when is prepared, it makes you eat it all the time.

The main question is why those people, like they are hypnotized, keep doing it every year, in the same time? Because, It brings them Luck, They grow a Cult or that Tongue habit is so strong that they became addicted...?

It must have a rather piquant flavor but at the same time must be very delicious! I would like to try to see if it also gives me luck as to them and prepare all the time

Ooh, yes Dear You got the point...
