Ingrédiens : 1 kg farine , 20gm sel ,20gm levure boulangère ,650cl eau( tiede) Mélanger tout les ingrédiens jusqu a oubtenire une pâte batard Après faudra boulet la pâte et la laisser 1 heur de fermentation puis la façonner ( faire l forme souhaiter ) Encore 1 h 30 de fermentation ( l apprêt ) Mètre son four à 140 degré Lamer don produit et le laisser dans le four 20 min sortir le produit et bonne appetit
