unfortunately steemit does not allow embedding of frames from this provider, would be great if we could suggest a bunch of sites and embed, i’d love to see vimeo and soundcloud be revisited to allow more custom embeds for instance — still you can share these on twitter/etc.

i’m a big fan of giphy for hosting my gif files and i post most of the gifs i put on my blog posts over at cloud app, they are a great file host and the tray app makes everything so much easier. that being said, being able to upload gif files up to a minute in length here on gfycat is super nice, especially because gif brewery 3 has it baked into the software, so it’s super easy to save locally and push to the gfycat cloud with a couple of clicks.

now if they just allowed the direct link to the full size quality version we would be set! wonder if that is something they will unlock at some point, i know it's a new feature (60 seconds) so i'm guessing they have it locked to social sharing right now, mainly for say gamers, food, lifestyle bloggers -- this would be perfect for a quick show reel as well for travel bloggers and digital nomads.

some of these make real sense, quick fire, super easy to share, make it really worth while for twitter and facebook if you are looking to get a post out really quickly, i’m not sure if instagram supports gifs, i’d say that would be a no brainer if they did — these accounts below certainly made me feel hungry! :)
