Curd Rice
Ingredients
Rice - 1 bowl (cooked)
Curd - 1 cup
Dried Red chilly - 2-3
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves - 6-7
Grated Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - needed
Salt - needed
Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch
Method
1.Heat a pan and add oil and asafoetida powder.
2.Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilies.
3.Then add Rice and ginger, then mix well.
4.Add needed salt in curd bowl and mix it well.
5.Add curd in the rice and mix well.
6.Finally, add some coriander leaves for garnishing purpose.
