Cabbage Cabbage and More Cabbage

We are just loving this time of year. Lots of root vegetables available and....CABBAGE! Love it and I have been cooking up a storm using cabbage. Last night we had chopped cabbage, onions, turkey sausage, garlic and salt and pepper. That's it and it is good!
