Homemade Chicken Cakes using Leftover Rotisserie Chicken ~ Recipe and VIDEO

How to Make Chicken Cakes ~ Leftover Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 cups finely diced/shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup finely diced onions
1/4 cup finely diced celery
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1-2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcerstershire sauce
1 tbsp. fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp. fresh chopped chives
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
***Mix above ingredients together. Form cakes and refrigerate
for 1-2 hours.

oil for frying
Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Enjoy.
