This sweet potato casserole is easy and a great sweet side dish to the Holiday table. The sweet potatoes are nice and creamy and pecan crumble top has formed a tasty crust. You can add additional flavors to the casserole with some orange juice and zest or some cinnamon and nutmeg. You can even add some marshmallows on top.. My family likes it
this way but you can make it the way you like.

How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Topping
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups cubed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
*Mash sweet potatoes, add remaining ingredients and mix together
Pecan Crumble Top:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened - cut into sugar/flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
*Mix above ingredients together
Preheat oven 350 degrees 30 minutes
Pour sweet potatoes into a well buttered casserole dish. Top with pecan crumbles.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown.
Enjoy.
