Things happened since (A lot!).
Today I logged in again for the first time in 6 years and decide to participate in the food contest of @mister-omortson.
This time I'm posting a Homemade "Pastafrola de dulce de membrillo" which could be translated to "Quince paste pie". It's a really famous pie eaten as an afternoon dessert during the merienda in Argentina:
The pastafrola is pretty famous in Italy, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay. It's usually filled with quince pastz, dulce de leche, sweet potato jam.
Pasta frola means "friable pastry" and was imported by Italian immigrants to Argentina and more generally to South America.
