Next Level Banana Chips

These are absolutely AMAZING and incredibly decadent!!

So to recap, I made dehydrated banana chips, sprinkled with cinnamon. They turned out much better than the bright yellow fried banana chips you find at the grocery store, or at least in my (and my family’s) opinion they do.

The final result can vary depending on how thinly the bananas are sliced and how long I dehydrated them, I tried it a few ways and enjoyed both the crispy and slightly chewy versions.

I decided to try them dipped in 70% dark chocolate I melted on the stove, they coated really nicely! Then, I sprinkled with some salt to finish!

The result was so crazy good!!! I did not share.
