Fruits and vegetables are the marvelous builders of the body of the human body, because the best health, the best well-being, the most important sum of happiness, can only be achieved with a more natural diet.

Fruits and vegetables are the staple food for man.

Among the nutrients that we can highlight in fruits and vegetables are water (most of it) fructose, enzymes, amino acids, proteins, minerals, vitamins, phyto nutrients (carotene, phenols, lutein, saponins and others) fiber, fat. (Components that we will develop in subsequent publications).

To increase the resistance against diseases, there is nothing like the juices or juices of fruits and vegetables that should be part of the diet of the whole human being.

The man's diet is rarely correct. Juicy fruits have an accentuated detoxifying power, contributing significantly to eliminate organic impurities from the body.

Biblically we can observe that a natural diet is more beneficial for our organism, let's see the Book of Daniel chapter 1

The fruit juices.

To prepare the fruit juices, it is only necessary to liquefy the fruit and strain, in any case, in the absence of a blender, a grinding machine can be used. The fruits that can be consumed with the skin, such as apples, pears, grapes, etc. (if organic fruits are grown without using pesticides or other chemical agents), it is preferable not to remove the peel, as it is precisely in the epicarp where its main beneficial powers are found. Why wash fruits carefully?
