traditional aceh cake

simple taste and simple process

Hi all comrades, hopefully healthy and happy today ..!

Kuweh teupong teukerabee ( bahsa aceh ), is a traditional cake made by aceh man, this cake is almost the same as BOH ROROM (aceh language). This cake is made with coconut shavings mixed with sugar, while the flour is stirred with banana until it becomes sticky, then the flour that has been sticking in the steamed to cooked, wait for the flour that was steamed before warm it no longer heat, then we mix with coconut that in kotta already mixed with sugar ... done ..

it's not too bad but can be katagorikan as cake traditional have a sense of simple and typical. this cake usual in create to harvest season Rice by Acehnese, Acehnese enjoy it in the field when rest during the day after work for harvest Rice.



form of this cake thin as a token, shape typical be appeal itself to the public in Aceh.
