Yummy Vegan Dish! Deep Fried Pumpkin Blossoms. The only place we have to grow veggies this year is on our balcony. We planted a pumpkin seed to see what would happen and it has taken off! We harvest around 30 blossoms per week and fry them up in grapeseed oil and a fried green tomato breading. This is completely vegan and you can use any breading you like. Some used crackers, eggs, and milk but these are just in oil and breading. Enjoy!
