I received a gift of gray Morel Mushrooms from my co-worker and this is a first for me trying them! Here is what we did to make this Iowa deliciousness:
-Cut Morels in half and soak in warm water with 1 tbsp of fine sea salt to remove bugs and dirt for 1/2 hour.
-Coated them in egg and dipped them in 'Slap Ya Mama' Cajun Seasoning.
-Fried them super hot olive oil until crispy brown!
