Light onion soup

Indeed, this is a light onion soup and, besides, cheap and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Onions, 2
Butter, 30 g
Wheat flour, 1 tablespoon rasa
Chicken broth, 600 ml ()
Cured cheese, 2 thin slices
Salt
Pepper
Bread, 3 or 4 slices (

We cut the onions in half rings.

We melt the butter in a saucepan or a saucepan over medium-high heat (9/12), when it is melted add the onions, cut a few turns, add a little salt, lower the heat (4/12) and We let them cook for about 10 minutes until they begin to clear.

After that time, add the flour, mix well, add a little ground pepper (I used a pepper grinder with some spices) and add the broth.

We raise the fire (9/12) until the whole boils and at that moment we lower it (2/12) and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the onion is tender.

Taste and rectify salt and pepper if necessary.
We serve very hot with a slice of cured cheese on top and accompanied by a few slices of freshly toasted bread.
