Slow cooked pork belly.🐽

Hi Steemians, today i'm going to show you how to cook sous vide pork belly.

First i take my pork bellies and put them in a vacume bag with some salt and some butter.

You can see the stamp (BE) on one of the pork bellies, so i'm working with Belgian pork meat.

Then i put the bellies in my waterbath on 60 degrees to cook them sous vide for 30 hours.

A little explanation in this video...

After it's cooked it looks like this.
Then it cut it in to pieces and put it in my mibrasa charcoal oven.

I always put it on a dish when i put it in the oven during service because directly on the grill it can get pretty sticky.

I put some of my special glaze on it.

As you can see i'm also cooking some mussels at the same time...😁

And then finally i serve it with a green peas cream and some green peas. And only a little arbequina olive oil.
