the stove reminds me of them old days with my grandparents - we used to cook on it back then and we used saw dusts :D and its true it really blackens the pan not to mention makes your eyes cry while fanning it to smoke and eventually flame :)

One thing makes you go back in time & use the old fashioned ways , it's the experience you get from all of it ....... first the wood makes the food smoked & second it's the thing hard to describe ...... it depends how old is the cooker if it's a veteran your in for a treat it changes the taste even if cooked on regular electrical or gas oven.
