My favorite smoothie - Healthy and slimming smoothie with strawberries, oatmeal and ginger

You can drink this slimming smoothie for breakfast to increase your metabolism at the start of the day or enjoy it in the afternoon to satisfy the sweet candy. It's delicious!

What is a slimming smoothie?


To lose weight in a healthy way and without the feared rebound effect, stop counting calories and instead reduce your fat and start choosing natural and healthy foods. They will be nutritious to your body, satisfy you and allow you to continue to enjoy what you eat without starving yourself.

A slimming smoothie is a drink made of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and spices that will give your body what it needs in addition to the nutrients that help you with your weight loss.

  • A good slimming smoothie should contain:

  • Fresh fruits or vegetables

  • Cold pressed oils

  • Carbohydrates that are rich in fiber

  • Spices or other supplements that will improve the benefits you want.

The good qualities of this slimming smoothie

  • 5 ripe strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal (16 g)
  • 1 pinch of freshly grated ginger
  • Water (200 ml)
  • Something stevia or honey to sweeten (optional)
  • I only recommend choosing organic products, especially strawberries and oats that can be highly polluted by -
    pesticides that are harmful to your health.

Cooking


  • The night before, you'll get oatmeal in soft water. Give it a minimum of a few hours to make it easier to blend and improve your body's ability to digest this grain.
  • In the morning add all the ingredients to your blender (strawberry, oatmeal and water and ginger).
  • Blend everything until you get a uniform texture.
  • This smoothie will be very thick and creamy. If you want it to be a bit more fluid, add some extra water.
  • You can possibly sweeten your smoothie with honey or stevia.
  • Serve with half strawberries and a small piece of fresh ginger as a garnish.

Totally agree with the fact that a smoothie like this in the morning can just boost the day :p I do it myself sometimes when I get to it.
