SPICY SALSA
Ingredients:
6 tomatoes
1 onion
1 bunch fresh coriander
2 fresh chillies
1 clove of garlic
Juice 1-2 limes
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
1 Finely chop the tomatoes and coriander and place into a
large mixing bowl.
2 Peel and chop the onion, finely chop the chillies and grate the garlic. Add to the bowl.
3 Squeeze in the juice from 1 lime. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
4 Season to taste.
5 Taste, add more lime juice if needed.
6 Serve straight away.
