Homemade Italian Pasta
Cooked up some pasta for the week on Sunday.
Semolina flour, is the key. The only ingredients are semolina flour, salt and water. In order to make the product, kneeded dough is fed through a pasta machine. The finished product is left out to dry overnight on a broomstick. You can make thin spaghetti or thicker linguini from this recipe.
Semolina flour is extremely fine, and is goes a long way. A pound of flour goes for $3, and this is about a half pound of product.
