My best version of healthy vegan food at the service station driving home for Christmas. I decided to go all out since it’s christmas lol

I am amazed you were able to do that well! Not bad!

Happy Christmas ❤️

Thank you and Happy Christmas to you!

I was in a similar situation today. Arrived in my hometown and had to wait for about an hour for my parents to come and pick me up. Went to a gas station (only place open) and looked for vegan food or snacks... Ended up having a bean-patty sandwich while watching the TV with a granny. Weird xmas.

Your score from the station looks quite good actually, but I’m sure it wasn’t cheap :D

I mean these days wifh sbd as it is i could pay for this dinner with about 3 dollars of upvotes 😂😝

Yeah it’s easy to find great vegan food in London but a little harder on the go and outside of London. M and s is always my fave stop on motorway I hold out for it lol but one day hoping we get a few more Pret A Manger. It could hve been worse all this was about £11 of somdthing now just tucking into a naked bar and second coffee as my final stop. I think I’m only person that actually genuinely loves service stations

Situation is somewhat similar in Finland. Helsinki you can get anything vegan any time of the day. Go outside of the capital and you basically can only eat fruit and veggies unless you start cooking :D

Slowly but surely more and more people are becoming aware and conscious about what they are putting in their bodies. Being vegan is actually surprisingly easy in my opinion.
