It is prepared very quickly and easily. Any fish that caught onions, tomatoes and other vegetables at your discretion.
All this fits into the kazan layers. At the bottom of the oil to not burn. First onion, then fish, and on top of tomatoes. All this is then poured with sauce to cover your multilayered "pie", salted and peppered.
Put on the fire and wait until the boil, fire at minimum and cook until ready.
