Malacca Spicy Acid
It's a day to eat Spicy Melaka Spicy Acid. I use mackerel. It does not matter to Malacca to enjoy spicy sour taste there. You can do it.

Saute it to break the oil ..
When the sauté has broken the oil. Add the tamarind water and a little water. Follow by which water you want ..
Renew for a while and enter the bendi ..
Then add the kesom leaves & lime leaves ..
When the honey is half cooked, add the fish, salt & seasoning powder .. cook until cooked ..
Can be served for your beloved family
