On a bed of Bell Pepper, Courgette (Zuchinni), Onion in a Passata, Cream and Pesto sauce.
I am starting to try experimenting a bit with my cooking, doing things differently to keep myself interested in the diet (lifestyle) i have started in the last month.
Being on keto means I can have very little amounts of carbs, no Bread, no Rice, no Pasta, no Potatoes, there were the usual types of foods i used to add to my meals to fill them out. I am aiming to eat less that 30g carbs max per day (this doesn't include fiber), So far i have lost 12 and a half pounds over the last 3 week purely through dietary changes (keto).
