Wow, it looks really dense and nutritious. I've always been into baking, but I'm currently working on eating less carbs. My son likes gluten-free bread, so if I bake, I'll probably learn how to make gluten-free bread for him. Thanks for the recipe. Looks good.

Great to try to try making healthy gluten-free breads. Remember that for the preparation of gluten-free breads you must make it in a space that has not been used wheat flour before.
