Cassava Flan

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing an innovative dessert here in the Philippines. Cassava Flan is a mixture of a the sweetness and earthiness of the cassava and the sweetness and creaminess of a flan. It is rich, decadent, slightly chewy, and really tasty. The addition of cheese with the flan really brings out the flavor and adds another layer of creaminess since cheese is salty and salt enhances the sweetness of everything! Try to make cassava flans in your home, it is easy and really fun to eat.
