Matcha Bomb Cake

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a very special and fun dessert. Matcha Bomb cake is another reiteration of a bomb cake that I've featured earlier (Ube Bomb Cake) but with a tea-licious twist. The rise of matcha is becoming more prominent because of not only its taste but also its vibrant green color. The layers consists of matcha chiffon cake, matcha chantilly cream, matcha ganache, and matcha powder are really just a fun sight to see.
