Mochi Cinnamon Rolls
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing you a treat that you'll likely have to try. Mochi Cinnamon Rolls are your typical cinnamon roll treats but with glutinous rice flour instead of normal bread or AP flour. In Mochi Cinnamon Rolls, half of the flour is replaced with glutinous rice flour and you get that stretchy and chewy texture that's so good. You won't have to measure or manipulate the oven in order to get that stretchy dough. Its texture is very similar to mochi donuts and that really adds another layer because you'll have a crispy outside and a chewy inside.
