Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a special Christmas dish. This is a special cream puff tower made by Dear Dairy. I wouldn't consider this a croquembouche because for it to be a croquembouche you'll need the caramel thread. Cream Puffs are such delicate pastries to make because it requires specific measurements of ingredients and baking techniques. Dear Dairy's Cream Puffs are amazing because they are crunchy on the outside and soft, delicate, and airy on the inside.
