Dulce de Leche Cheesecake

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular cafe dish. Dulce de Leche cheesecake is beloved by people with sweet tooth. This is made by Bo's Coffee which is a chain of cafe stores here in the Philippines. I particularly liked how the cheesecake itself is not that sweet which gives way for the dulce de leche to shine. However, I don't particularly like the cheesecake to crust ratio since it's kind of off (about 1:6), I prefer my cheesecake to have a bit more crust. I also don't particularly like how dense and gooey the cheesecake it, I prefer mine silky smooth and delicate. But overall, I like the taste of the cheesecake because it's not that sweet and the dulce de leche gives this perfect earthy and somehow burnt sugar flavor profile in contrast to the tangy cream cheese.
