Cheese cupcakes uses cheese blocks (preferably processed cheese) to make these, grated cheese is mixed with your typical yellow cake recipe for cupcakes and voila. I love cheese cupcakes because they're the perfect amount of salty and sweet and the cheese provides the moistness and fudginess.
