Chicken in mushroom sauce....

Good evening, dear friends. today I want to offer you a wonderful and delicious recipe..

Ingredients:

  • chicken leg-2 PCs .
  • mushrooms - 300 gr.
  • cream-200 ml.
  • water-150 ml.
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  • onion - 2 PCs .
  • salt-to taste
  • pepper (ground) - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  • butter-25 gr.

Preparation:

  1. Chicken Breasts split into 2 pieces, remove skin and bones, season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a pan pour oil, add butter and well heated.
  3. On hot oil lay out chicken Breasts, fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  4. When the breast has browned, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  5. When released from chicken meat juice will become transparent, place the breast on a plate, cover it to keep warm.
  6. Mushrooms wash, cut into thin slices.
  7. Onions finely shred.
  8. In a pan put onions and chopped mushrooms.
  9. Fry.
  10. Add to the onions and mushrooms in the flour, fry for about 1 minute, then pour the water and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  11. The mushroom sauce should boil for 3 minutes, then add the cream.
  12. Again, put in a pan with the breast accumulated on the plate juice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle with green onions.

That looks delicious, those green onions on top adds a very nice look.

We get wild spring onions growing around me, ill pull them up and put them in soups!
