Chicken wings in Japanese

in food •  7 years ago

Chicken wings crumble in egg and flour, fried in butter, and then baked in a fragrant sauce of soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt. Very tasty, juicy chicken wings!

1.5 kg of chicken wings
1 egg
1 cup of flour
200 g of butter
SAUCE
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic seasoning or clove of crushed garlic
1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the wings in half in the joint, dip into an egg and roll in flour.

Heat the butter in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wings until they become dark brown. Put it in a shallow pan.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt. Pour over the wings.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, occasionally lubricating the wings with sauce.
