Plant Based Club Sandwich
Ingredients and quantity
4 slices of bread in a wholemeal or multi-grain box
1 large cup of fresh spinach (you can use any kind of raw leafy vegetables)
1/2 avocado
Smoked or normal tofu
Gherkins
Tahina sauce (or alternatively peanut butter or other)
Preparation
Spread on each slice of bread the Tahina Sauce (or other sauce of your choice).
Put the fresh spinach, the sliced avocado and the tofu.
Complete with gherkins and Tahina Sauce.
Combine the slices and press a little to make it homogeneous.
