Hello fellows Steemians, today we had some free time, so I decided with my girlfriend to prepare the dumplings.

Here is the step-by-step guide for those who love Italian cuisine (we are Italians):

We started by boiling 2 kg of peeled potatoes, after that, we crushed them with the potato crusher, then we added nearly 1.5 kg of flour, a pinch of salt and we have kneaded everything:

After that we did so many dough strings about 1 cm in diameter and we cut them into many small balls

And then we striped them on both sides with the help of a fork

While my wonderful girlfriend was making lines on dumplings, I made a slightly fry with oil and onions

Then I added tomatoes cut into pieces but not too small, and let them cook on low heat for one hour

After an hour of cooking I added some basil leaves, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar and two tablespoons of oil, and left to cook another 10 minutes

We then cooked the "gnocchi" (Italian name for Dumplings) in boiling water and once cooked we enjoyed them a lot

Hope you liked it, see you soon my friends, let me know if you try to do it and If they have come good :) Happy steeming!!!!!!!!!!!!
