CHICKEN IN TOMATO SAUCE.

 Composition
Chicken legs – 2 PCs.
Chicken thighs – 2 PCs.
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Onion – 1 PC.
Flour – 1 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Garlic – 1 clove.

Method of preparation:
1. Within the hour marinade for chicken, to that add salt, black pepper and finely chopped garlic, put in a dark place.

2. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil until light Golden brown.

3. Onions cleaned, cut into half rings.

4. Fry the onion together with the chicken until tender and onions.

5. Add a tablespoon of flour, stir thoroughly and add tomato sauce.

6. Turn down the heat to low, add a little water and stew under a lid for 20-30 minutes.

7. The dish is ready.
