Kerala Beef Fry Receipe

Ingredients (For 1 kg beef):

  • Beef sliced into small pieces

  • 2-3 onions chopped into small pieces

  • 2 tomatoes, cut into medium pieces

  • some ginger and 3-4 cloves of garlic

  • ginger garlic paste ( optional)

  • green chilies (optional)

  • chili powder

  • pepper powder

  • meat masala

Cooking method:

You need a pressure cooker and frying pan.

1st:

  • mix chopped beef with 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 2 tablespoons of meat masala and one drop of lemon juice and salt (as needed).
  • In pressure cooker, pour oil and put the marinated beef in the pressure cooker and cook for 3-5 whistle

Next :

After beef is cooked ..pour oil into frying pan.Wait until oil is hot. Once the oil is hot, put onions, ginger and garlic and green chilies ( not chili powder).

Cook for about 10 minutes until the onions are cooked well in low flame. Then add tomatoes and cook for a while. If it burns or sticks to the bottom of the pan then pour some water or gravy from pressure cooker( means the gravy from cooked meat in the pressure cooker). Now add chili powder (according to your taste) and 1-2 tablespoons of meat masala

NOTE: you can adjust your spice level by adding tomatoes to reduce the chili or you can increase by adding pepper at the end.

Now when the mixture in the frying pan is mixed well ..add cooked beef Into frying pan and cook until its fry in low flame..if the spice is low add pepper( adding pepper will provide extra spice)
