Hoy ha tocado comida con invitados y he preparado gazpachos manchegos por primera vez... concretamente gazpachos de pescado y marisco. El pescado era rape y también he puesto gambas y calamares. Es difícil que con tanta cosa buena el caldo no salga espectacular... súper sabrosísimo y todo en su punto.
Y aunque yo lo diga, la mejor prueba de que estaba bueno ha sido que no ha sobrado absolutamente nada... así que creo que he aprobado...
