Greece is tempted by a wealth of tastes and smells. On the plates you will find dishes that captivate you with the simplicity of workmanship and at the same time with the intensity of sensations during their consumption. We give you a series of several recipes from different parts of Greece for dishes prepared by our Greek friends. Behind all the dishes, there are real stories of our heroes. Their stories inspired us to recreate the same flavours on our plates. We put the whole heart into their preparation and photographing. And the result? Rate it yourself!

Ingredients: Ingredients
1 kg of fish (maritime horse)
4 large white onions
2 tablespoons of sweet and spicy red pepper
1,5 glasses of water
1/2 tablesppons of tomato concentrate

Fry in a pot on olive oil, coarsely chopped onion until golden in colour. Add water, paprika and tomato concentrate. Cook all the ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Loosen the fish and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly. As soon as the sauce is thickened, the dish is ready to serve.
